What we do with your details

Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and nothing else.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form — your name, your email address, your phone number, your residency status, and whatever you tell us about the field you are interested in. We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing on this site that tracks you around the web.

We ask about residency status because it affects which programs and pathways are open to you. We use it to work out how we can help, and for nothing else.

Why we collect it

So that we can answer you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

Your message is delivered to our inbox by a form-handling service, and it sits in our email after that. Both are ordinary business tools and neither uses your message for anything of their own.

That form service stores submissions on servers in the United States, so your details are held outside Canada and are subject to the laws there. If you would rather not use the form, email us directly at admin@progresseducation.ca instead.

If you choose to work with us

When you decide on a program and ask us to introduce you, we pass on the details the college needs to contact you. We will tell you before we do that, and it only happens if you ask us to.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@progresseducation.ca and we will sort it out.
