About Progress Education
A guide, not a gatekeeper
Choosing a college program is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make — and most people make it with very little guidance.
We started Progress Education to change that. Our job is to give you an honest picture of your options, explain what each one actually involves, and stay with you while you decide. No pressure, no jargon, and no rushing you toward a decision before you’re ready.
We’re based in Toronto and work with students across Ontario and British Columbia today, expanding across Canada over time.

Admissions guidance
We explain how college admissions actually work — what a program looks for, what you’ll need to have ready, and when things happen. No guessing, and no wading through admissions pages on your own.
Program selection
Not sure which program is right? We talk through your interests, your background and where you want to end up, then narrow the field to options that genuinely fit.
Career counselling
Before you pick a program, it helps to know where it leads. We talk about the kind of work you’re aiming for, so the course you choose is a step toward it rather than a detour.
Financial guidance
What a program costs is a real part of the decision. We help you understand what’s involved and what to ask the college before you commit, so nothing lands as a surprise later on.

What if I don’t know what program I want?
That’s the most common place to start, and it’s exactly what the first conversation is for. You don’t need a shortlist or a plan — just some sense of what you’d like your working life to look like, and we’ll work backwards from there.
Can you help if I’ve already started applying somewhere?
Yes. Plenty of people get partway through and want a second opinion before they commit to anything. We’ll look at where you’ve got to and tell you honestly whether it still looks like a good fit.
Do I have to decide right away?
No. Take the shortlist away and think it over for as long as you need, and talk it through with whoever you want to. Intakes have their own deadlines, but there is never any pressure from our side.
What happens after I get in touch?
We’ll reply within two business days and set up a call, a video chat or a message thread, whichever you prefer. There’s no obligation attached to that first conversation.
